Vorlage und Präsentation von Arbeitsergebnissen, Anwesenheitspflicht

Beschreibung

Einführung in das Schmiedehandwerk. Grundübungen am Amboss mit handwerklichem Werkzeug. Diverse Kleinprojekte vom Nagel, bis zu einem einfachen Messer sind möglich. Die Projekte werden dem Leistungsvermögen der Kursteilnehmer angepasst.

Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme an diesem Kurs ist der erfolgreiche Abschluss vom Kurs 'Heavy Metal casting show'. Ausnahmen können verhandelt werden.

Maximal 5 Teilnehmer pro Blockveranstaltung.
Der Kurs findet in der Schmiede in der Handwerkergasse/Völklingen statt.

Unbedingt mitzubringen sind:
Schutzbrille, Schutzschuhe, nicht entflammbare Kleidung (z.B. Baumwolle oder Aramid), Zollstock und Bleistift, genug zu trinken (mindestens 1,5 Liter) und ein wachsamer Leib.

Das Materialgeld von 5€ wird am ersten Termin eingesammelt.

Der erfolgreiche Abschluss dieses Kurses ist Voraussetzung für die aufbauenden Kurse 'Heavy Metal II' und 'Knifemaking' und berechtigt zum selbstständigen Arbeiten in der Schmiede.

Dieser Kurs wird hauptsächlich in english gehalten.

Introduction into forging. Basics with handtools on the anvil. The forging of basic tools used during all kinds of forging techniques. The small projects will be adjusted to the capabilities of the course participants.

The successful completion of the course 'Heavy Metal casting show' is required to participate in this course.
Exceptions are negotiable.

Maximal 5 Participants per course-block.
This course is held in the blacksmith shop in the Handwerkergasse/Völklingen.

Essentials to bring along:
Protective shoes. Nonflammable clothing, folding ruler, pencil, lots of drinking water (min. 1,5 l) and a sober/attentive body.

A material fee of 5 € will be collected at the beginning of the course.

The successful completion of this course is the requirement for the followup 'Heavy Metal I' and 'Knifemaking' class and qualifies to work in the blacksmith-shop.

This course will be held in english language mostly.
